Red and Blue

These pieces were inspired by the duality concept of the ancient Chinese philosophy, YinYang. I wanted to portray the opposite force, ideas, or identities that exist within ourselves. Yet, duality exists and intertwines within each of us, creating each person as a whole in a beautiful way. Red and Blue represents this duality through the hollow opening of the faces into the inner being. This is my interpretation of what those dualities would look like.
